The room felt quite cramped. I had difficulty finding space for my luggage and belongings. The lack of storage options and limited floor space made it a challenge to move around comfortably and keep the area tidy. The experience was definitely subpar. It affected the peace and quiet I expected .

excellent service prompt key attentive concierge generous breakfast
The staff provided excellent service from start to finish. i received key cards promptly after returning from an appointment. The room was ready at that time. the concierge remembered my name both then and the next morning! i enjoyed a generous breakfast for two people. a late checkout made a long walk possible.
the building work outside the hotel began quite early and created noise

the hotel's location near chinatown is advantageous and several subway stations provide convenient access to different lines, this makes exploring the city simple and efficient plus good restaurants nearby!

Breakfast included diverse options served directly. This is really special and i particularly noted the special attention from the dining room manager, named rozie, she showed genuine care and excellent service towards every guest she met.

the room offered fun decor and cleanliness, it also included a full bar in the closet, a great surprise. the swimming pool suited lap swimming perfectly and the gym offered appropriate equipments for a full workout session, like several machines.

historical elegance spacious room necessary amenities convenient location
the decor throughout the hotel including the reception area and restaurants displays historical elegance. our le colonial room guest room with one king bed was spacious. it featured all necessary amenities with no issues noted . the hotel is in a convenient location near multiple metro stations and chinatown is a short walk away.
the pool area was somewhat small. its limited size made it occasionally crowded.
